简要介绍：

膀胱癌是目前我国泌尿系统最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一，且发病率呈现逐年快速升高的发展趋势，男性患者更为常见，男女发病率相差约３倍。根据肿瘤瘤体在膀胱壁的浸润深度差异，膀胱癌还有肌层浸润性膀胱癌（ＭＩＢＣ）以及非肌层浸润性膀胱癌（ｎＮＭＩＢＣ）之分。当前普遍认为可将根治性膀胱切除术（ＲＣ）＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术（ＰＬＮＤ）＋尿流改道术（ＵＤ）作为ＭＩＢＣ的标准治疗方式。
