简要介绍：

由于手术创伤、麻醉和疾病的共同影响，麻醉恢复期患者具有独特的病理生理特点和潜在的生命危险，需要有麻醉后监测治疗室( postanesthesia cure unit，PACU) 和专业化训练的医务人员进行管理。麻醉后监测治疗是麻醉管理的重要组成部分，所有接受过全身麻醉、区域麻醉或监护麻醉监护的患者均应接受适当的麻醉后监测治疗。本专家共识的目的是为麻醉恢复期患者的评估、监测和管理提供专家建议，以提高PACU 患者安全，改善患者预后。
