2021年9月，世界急诊外科学会(WSES)、全球外科感染联盟(GAIS)、欧洲外科感染学会(SIS)以及美国创伤外科协会(AAST)共同提出了腹腔内感染患者的临床路径。腹腔内感染（IAI）是常见的外科急症，据报道IAI是全球范围内医非外伤性死亡的主要原因。IAI的有效治疗包括早期识别、适当的感染源控制、适当的抗菌治疗、以及使用重症监护室和最佳手术治疗方案快速稳定患者的生理情况。本文主要针对常见IAI建议循证临床路径，以促进其标准管理。
