中华医学会肝病学分会和中华医学会感染病学分会于2019年制订了《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》（以下简称2019年版指南）^[1]。近年来，随着更多临床研究证据的出现、扩大抗病毒治疗的必要性和临床需求增加，中华医学会肝病学分会于2022年发布了《扩大慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的专家意见》（以下简称扩大版指南）^[2]。该专家意见在2019年版《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》的基础上，就乙型肝炎表面抗原（hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg）的筛查范围、乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B viral,HBV）DNA检测下限、启动抗病毒治疗的丙氨酸氨基转移酶（alanine aminotransferase,ALT）阈值、疾病进展风险的定义、“不确定期”和低病毒血症等方面做了补充和修订，共涉及6条推荐意见
