背景

美国小儿外科协会 (APSA) 于 2000 年发布了第一份管理指南，最初在儿童中支持钝性肝脾损伤的非手术治疗。多篇文章对原始指南进行了扩展，并研究了其他疗法以改善对这些患者的护理。基于文献综述和当前共识，提出了治疗钝性肝脾损伤的管理指南。

方法

结果

更新的钝性肝脾损伤管理指南分为 4 个部分：入院、手术、S et Free 和A护理。重症监护病房的入院是根据复苏后的异常生命体征而定的，稳定的患者进入病房的限制最少。程序建议包括对低血红蛋白 (<7 mg/dL) 或持续出血迹象进行输血。血管栓塞和手术探查仅限于复苏后有持续出血临床体征的患者。出院是基于临床情况而不是受伤程度。活动限制保持不变，而后续成像仅适用于有症状的患者。
