抗栓药物围术期管理

2018年8月，美国外科医师协会(ACS)发布了抗栓药物围术期管理指南，人口老龄化以及慢性疾病治疗的不断进展增加了普通外科手术的复杂因素，大约有1/10的接受普通外科手术的患者长期服用抗凝药物，本文主要针对这些患者在围术期的管理提出指导建议。
