中西医结合小肠出血

小肠解剖上包括十二指肠、空肠和回肠。因十二指肠出血通常可通过上消化道内镜诊断,故狭义的小肠出血（SBB）是指Treitz韧带以下的空肠和回肠出血。SBB可以分为:显性SBB,表现为黑便、血便或呕血等肉

简要介绍：

小肠解剖上包括十二指肠、空肠和回肠。因十二指肠出血通常可通过上消化道内镜诊断,故狭义的小肠出血（SBB）是指Treitz韧带以下的空肠和回肠出血。SBB可以分为:显性SBB,表现为黑便、血便或呕血等肉眼可见的出血;隐性SBB,表现为反复发作的缺铁性贫血和粪便隐血试验阳性。SBB占消化道出血的5%～10%。 

中国中西医结合学会消化内镜学分会小肠镜专家委员会、胶囊内镜专家委员会组织国内中西医领域消化病学专家就SBB 中西医结合临床治疗的要点问题进行讨论，编写本共识。
