简要介绍：

糖尿病人群逐年升高,国际糖尿病联合会报告显示:中国是世界上糖尿病患者最多的国家,有近1.14亿成年人为糖尿病患者,占全球糖尿病患者总数的24%[1]。一项Meta分析结果显示,4%～10%的2型糖尿病患者合并糖尿病足[2],而糖尿病足患者5年内死亡风险是单纯糖尿病患者的2.5倍[3]。我国8个省市的8家三甲医院的一项前瞻性队列研究显示,50岁以上的糖尿病患者1年内糖尿病足的发病率高达8.1%,治愈后的糖尿病足溃疡患者1年内新发溃疡的发生率为31.6%[4]。为早期发现、诊断及治疗高危足,降低糖尿病足的发生,2020年中国医疗保健国际交流促进会和国际血管联盟中国分部糖尿病足病专家委员会等相关领域专家共同编写了《中国糖尿病足诊治指南》（后文简称指南）,旨在指导我国的糖尿病足诊疗管理、规范临床医疗实践[5]。
