简要介绍：

2016年，中华医学会妇产科学分会绝经学组制订《早发性卵巢功能不全的激素补充治疗专家共识》[1]（以下简称“共识”）；2017年，中华医学会制订《POI临床诊疗中国专家共识》[2]。为进一步提高诊治水平，2019年，中国中西医结合学会妇产科专业委员会组织全国中医、西医、中西医结合妇产科专家、循证医学专家和药学专家，制订了《早发性卵巢功能不全中西医结合诊疗指南》（以下简称“指南”）。本文结合共识，对该指南进行解读，旨在为各级医院妇产科中医、中西医结合、西医临床医生对POI的恰当诊治提供参考。
