简要介绍：

近年来,随着对帕金森病整体认识的提高,越来越多的针对疾病修饰治疗及早期起始治疗的循证研究不断涌现,虽然国际运动障碍学会依据此类研究在2018年进行了综述推荐,但国内尚缺乏单纯以循证证据级别为基础的客观系统回顾及临床相关指南。基于此,由中华医学会神经病学分会帕金森病及运动障碍学组和中国医师协会神经内科医师分会帕金森病及运动障碍学组组织国内相关领域专家就近20年相关循证研究文献进行回顾分析并深入讨论,形成此"指南"。此指南以国际指南中的常用标准及牛津循证医学中心证据分级和推荐强度系统为依据,系统评价了目前帕金森病早期疾病修饰治疗及运动症状干预方法的循证证据级别并给予相应临床推荐。
