简要介绍:

体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)技术用于重症心肺功能衰竭患者,可减轻患者心肺负担、为医疗人员争取更多救治时间,大大提高了危重患者的抢救成功率和存活率。但是ECMO期间的一些常见并发症,对患者近、远期结局都存在极大影响,其预防和管理尤为重要,尤其是在液体过负荷、急性肾损伤和电解质紊乱等方面。然而,目前国内尚缺乏这一领域的相关指南、共识,为了方便参与ECMO治疗的医务人员学习和参考,在获得ASAIO Journal授权后,翻译“体外生命支持组织(Extracorporeal Life Support Organization,ELSO):液体过负荷、急性肾损伤和电解质管理指南”如下。
