2020年7月，加拿大心血管学会(CCS)联合加拿大胸科学会(CTS)共同发布了肺动脉高压立场声明。自加拿大上一次于2005年发布肺动脉高压立场声明以来，关于肺动脉高压的诊断和治疗领域已经发生了许多改变。本文主要介绍了最新肺动脉高压的筛查和诊断框架，并对超声心动图。磁共振以及右心导管插入术的相关内容提出指导建议，同时还涉及肺动脉高压治疗的最新内容。
