简要介绍：

2020年7月，意大利肾病学会(SIN)联合多家学会组织共同发布了慢性肾脏病直接患者口服抗凝药物的安全性/有效性简介共识。直接口服抗凝药物（NOAC）主要用于预防非瓣膜性房颤患者心源性卒中。越来越多的指南建议在肾功能保留的房颤患者中应用NOAC预防血栓栓塞。本文主要针对慢性肾脏病的患者直接应用直接口服抗凝剂提供指导意见。
