2020年5月，国际小儿肾脏病学会(IPNA)发布了儿童激素耐药型肾病综合征的诊断和管理时间建议，特发性肾病综合征每年每100,000名儿童中有1-3名新发病例，约有85%的患者在接受糖皮质激素治疗后蛋白尿会完全缓解。经糖皮质激素治疗4-6周没未发生完全缓解的患者为激素抵抗性肾病综合征。本文主要针对儿童激素耐药型肾病综合征的诊断和管理提供指导建议。
