2022年3月，欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)血栓形成工作组联合欧洲心律学会(EHRA)等多家学会共同发布了房颤和静脉血栓栓塞出血风险的评估缓解意见书。虽然口服抗凝药（OAC）对于房颤和静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）患者在降低血栓栓塞风险方面有明显临床获益，但仍可能发生重大出血事件（尤其是颅内出血），具有致命性。本文主要针对房颤和静脉血栓栓塞出血风险的评估和缓解提供共识声明。
