遗传性乳腺癌卵巢癌综合征肿瘤综合征

遗传性乳腺癌卵巢癌综合征是一种遗传性癌症易感综合征，其特征在于家族中多个成员罹患乳腺癌和（或）卵巢癌。2017年9月，美国妇产科医师学会（ACOG）更新第182号意见，即《遗传性乳腺癌卵巢癌综合征》，该指南详述了与遗传性乳腺癌卵巢癌综合征相关的基因突变（主要为BRCA1和BRCA2）以及降低风险的措施，并作出了推荐意见。本文仅就该指南中关于卵巢癌部分进行简要解读。
