《三叉神经痛诊疗中国专家共识》解读

三叉神经痛

2015 年制定的《三叉神经痛诊疗中国专家共识》为提高三叉神经痛的临床诊断与治疗提供可信赖的依据。笔者结合个人认识和临床经验对共识的主要内容进行解读，主要阐述三叉神经痛的临床诊断与鉴别诊断方法，并对三叉神经痛临床治疗方法的适应证、治疗效果和并发症进行解读，为临床医师选择正确的三叉神经痛诊断与治疗方法提供更加清晰的思路。
