2017年5月12日，在第38届美国心律学会科学年会（HRS 2017）上，由美、欧、亚多个学会联合制定的《2017 HRS /EHRA /ECAS / APHRS /SOLAECE房颤导管和外科消融专家共识》发布。2017版共识是对2007版及2012版共识的最新修订，来自国际组织的60名专家组成的撰写组对房颤导管和外科消融的适应证、技术和预后进行了重新评估。
