国际上新生儿CAH筛查(即21-OHD筛查)起始于1977年，至今已有30多个国家开展了新生儿CAH筛查。我国CAH筛查起步于20世纪90年代初，目前全国有近百家新生儿筛查中心开展了CAH筛查。因新生儿筛查成效显著，可降低新生儿死亡率、减少女婴外生殖器男性化而造成性别误判，改善生长发育，因此，在全国普及CAH新生儿筛查已成为必然趋势。为了规范筛查流程、诊断及早期治疗，由中华预防医学会出生缺陷预防与

国际上新生儿CAH筛查(即21-OHD筛查)起始于1977年，至今已有30多个国家开展了新生儿CAH筛查。我国CAH筛查起步于20世纪90年代初，目前全国有近百家新生儿筛查中心开展了CAH筛查。因新生儿筛查成效显著，可降低新生儿死亡率、减少女婴外生殖器男性化而造成性别误判，改善生长发育，因此，在全国普及CAH新生儿筛查已成为必然趋势。为了规范筛查流程、诊断及早期治疗，由中华预防医学会出生缺陷预防与控制专业委员会新生儿筛查学组、中国医师协会青春期医学专业委员会临床遗传学组及中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组组织专家进行讨论，就新生儿CAH筛查的规范达成以下共识。
