简要介绍：

心肌病是年轻人心脏性猝死的首要原因,也是心脏移植的主要病因。我国心肌病发病人群总数庞大,危害严重。心肌病因其特殊的结构特征,血栓/栓塞风险显著增高。而高危血栓风险心肌病患者的抗凝药物使用明显不足。目前,国内外有部分针对各类心肌病抗凝方案的治疗建议或推荐,但仍无全面针对心肌病的统一抗凝指南或专家共识。制定心肌病抗凝方案专家共识、全面阐述心肌病患者的抗凝治疗方案具有重大的临床指导意义。本专家共识对各类心肌病的抗凝适应证及方案进行了系统阐述,并根据现有证据做出推荐,以期促进和规范心肌病患者的抗凝治疗方案制定,指导临床应用。
