简要介绍：

2021年7月副肿瘤性神经综合征（Paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes,PNSs）国际专家组在Neurol Neuroimmunol Neuroinflamm杂志第8卷第4期上发表论文，题目为《神经副肿瘤综合征新诊断标准》，对2004年PNSs诊断标准做出修订与更新。在此，笔者对本文进行解读，直击PNSs诊断重点及难点，旨在提高国内医生对其认识与理解，提高诊断率，促进相关研究开展，最终达到规范化此类疾病的临床研究与诊疗的目的。同时，我们也提出了新标准的不足之处，旨在呼吁更多相关研究为诊断标准的进一步完善、更新而积累证据。
