肾母细胞瘤病理诊断

由于病理诊断与分型是wilms瘤治疗的基础与关键，因此有必要规范wilms瘤的病理取材和诊断分型标准，以提高诊疗水平，北京儿童医院集团病理协作组所属15家儿童医院的病理医师经过组织有关临床及病理专家共同参加专题研讨会，结合各自临床病理诊断实践及研究成果，并参考了国内外有关文献，主要就wilms瘤的术前诊断、手术切除标本规范化取材、病理诊断等达成如下共识。

由于病理诊断与分型是wilms瘤治疗的基础与关键，因此有必要规范wilms瘤的病理取材和诊断分型标准，以提高诊疗水平，北京儿童医院集团病理协作组所属15家儿童医院的病理医师经过组织有关临床及病理专家共同参加专题研讨会，结合各自临床病理诊断实践及研究成果，并参考了国内外有关文献，主要就wilms瘤的术前诊断、手术切除标本规范化取材、病理诊断等达成如下共识。
