简要介绍：

急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)起病凶险，但属于可获得高治愈率的一种疾病，及早和规范诊治是关键。2018年中国儿童APL诊疗规范对规范儿童APL诊治起到了重要作用，然而近年APL的诊断和治疗取得多方面的进展，包括儿童APL，需要更新。为此，中国抗癌协会小儿肿瘤专业委员会采用文献证据级别和专家推荐意见相结合的方法，就我国儿童血液肿瘤专科医师关注的临床问题，制定较为详细的中国18岁以下儿童APL的诊疗指南，旨在提高我国儿童APL诊疗的科学性和治愈率。
