近年来，内镜超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸/活检术(endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration/biopsy，EUS-FNA/B)在我国广泛开展，成为消化道及邻近器官病变诊治的重要手段。随着EUS-FNA/B技术与理念的不断发展，如何规范化和标准化开展EUS-FNA/B成为亟待解决的问题。本指南在现有国内外相关指南的基础上，对近年来相关研究进展进行总结和更新，针对EUS-FNA/B的临床指征、操作技术、标本处理、围手术期管理、学习与培训等方面，以问答的形式提出了21个临床关注的问题和37条推荐意见，以期指导EUS-FNA/B的规范化应用。
