2016年10月，韩国重症医学会(KSCCM)、韩国结核和呼吸疾病学会(KATRD)组织相关专家组制订了急性呼吸窘迫综合征指南，对于有或没有急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的机械通气患者没有一个实用的临床指导，本文针对此种情况共提出了12条推荐意见，其中9条为ARDS的管理指导，3条为机械通气患者的管理。
