简要介绍：

目前的 ESTRO-EANO 指南报告了胶质母细胞瘤靶标描绘的新标准，并完善了 ESTRO-ACROP/EORTC 标准。

GTV 在 MRI 上被定义为 T1 对比增强肿瘤（对于仅活检患者）和/或切除腔加上残留的对比增强肿瘤（如果存在）。

应在 GTV 周围留出 15 毫米的边缘以生成 CTV，编辑时考虑到肿瘤扩散的解剖障碍。

不建议将水肿包括在 CTV 中，而 T2/FLAIR 信号异常可能代表非强化肿瘤，应考虑将其包括在 CTV 中。
