简要介绍：

流行病学肛管可分为解剖学肛管和外科学肛管。解剖学肛管：指肛缘至齿状线的部分，平均长度约2 cm；外科学肛管：指肛缘至肛管直肠环平面部分，长度3～5 cm。肛管癌（anal cancer,AC）发病率低，国内数据较少，2019年美国约有8 300例新发AC，约占所有消化道肿瘤的3%[1]。虽然AC少见，但发病率在逐年上升，相比1973～1979年，1994～2000年美国男性和女性侵袭性AC发生率分别增加到1.59倍和1.84倍[2]。
