剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产

中期妊娠引产主要用于因医学原因不宜继续妊娠的情况。近年中国剖宫产率居高不下，剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妇女再次妊娠引产的数量在增加。剖宫产术造成的子宫前壁下段的瘢痕是子宫的薄弱之处，如何解决“强烈的宫缩⁃不成熟的子宫颈⁃薄弱的子宫瘢痕”之间的矛盾是剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠引产的主要难点。如何选择剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的最佳方案，提高引产成功率；避免子宫破裂、软产道损伤及引产术中或术后大出血等

简要介绍：

中期妊娠引产主要用于因医学原因不宜继续妊娠的情况。近年中国剖宫产率居高不下，剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫妇女再次妊娠引产的数量在增加。剖宫产术造成的子宫前壁下段的瘢痕是子宫的薄弱之处，如何解决“强烈的宫缩⁃不成熟的子宫颈⁃薄弱的子宫瘢痕”之间的矛盾是剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠引产的主要难点。如何选择剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的最佳方案，提高引产成功率；避免子宫破裂、软产道损伤及引产术中或术后大出血等并发症是计划生育医师面临的亟待解决的问题。为了保障剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠引产的安全，中华医学会计划生育学分会参考了《临床诊疗指南与技术操作规范：计划生育分册（2017修订版）》，结合计划生育技术服务的临床实际情况及专家经验，编写了本专家共识，详述了引产前的准备、引产方法的选择及并发症的处理，以规范临床诊疗行为，指导临床工作。
