髋关节发育不良(DDH)是引起成人髋关节疼痛的最常见疾病之一，也是骨关节炎(OA)的重要原因。边缘性发育不良髋关节(BDDH)是一种介于正常髋关节和成人DDH之间的疾病。在BDDH中，髋臼外侧中心边缘角(LCEA)通常定义在18°- 25°或20°- 25°之间;然而，这一定义仍然存在争议。本文主要针对BDDH)的诊断和治疗提供共识指导。
