免疫检查点抑制剂 (ICI) 的引入开启了肿瘤治疗的新纪元。ICI 在疗效和安全性方面的良好表现可能会因免疫相关不良事件 (irAE) 的发展而黯然失色。皮肤病 irAEs (dirAEs) 出现在约 40% 的接受免疫治疗的患者中，主要包括斑丘疹、银屑病、苔藓样皮疹和湿疹、自身免疫性大疱性疾病、色素障碍、瘙痒、口腔黏膜病变、头发和指甲改变，以及很少有罕见且可能危及生命的毒性。EADV 癌症患者皮肤病学工作组融合了迄今为止公布的数据的临床经验，结合了每个特定 dirAEs 的定量和定性特征，并发布了皮肤病学衍生的、针对皮肤毒性的表型特异性治疗建议（包括证据水平和建议等级）。管理的基本原则是干预措施应量身定制，以服务于患者缓解皮肤毒性症状和体征与保持肿瘤治疗畅通无阻之间的平衡。
