2015 年欧洲心脏病学会(european society of cardiology,ESC)关于特殊患者群体室性心律失常(ventricular arrhythmias,VA)治疗和心脏性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)预防的指南为2006 年美国心脏病学院(american college of cardiology,ACC) /美国心脏协会(american heart association,AHA) /ESC 关于VA 患者治疗和SCD 预防指南相应内容的更新版[1] ｡依据国际主要的心律协会最近发表的VA 患者治疗的共识,ESC 指南委员会决定该指南的内容重点聚集于SCD 的预防｡应结合伴发病､患者预期寿命､对生活质量的影响和其他临床情况,考虑制订个体化的风险评估和治疗方案｡本文解读特殊患者群体VA 的治疗和SCD 的预防｡首都医科大学大兴医院心内科梁峰，北京大学人民医院心脏中心胡大一，中国协和医科大学北京协和医院心内科方全沈珠军
