胎儿MRI是产前影像检查方法之一，也是出生缺陷二级防控的重要手段之一。中华医学会放射学分会儿科学组、中华医学会儿科学分会放射学组专家经过反复讨论，以翔实的文献为依据，结合临床应用经验，并根据我国实际情况制定本共识，从胎儿MRI检查时机、安全性、适应证、扫描技术及诊断报告、技术培训及管理等方面进行规范，为胎儿的治疗、分娩方式的选择以及医患沟通提供相关信息。
