2019年10月，欧洲儿科肾脏病学会(ESPN)联合欧洲肾脏学会-欧洲透析和移植学会(ERA-EDTA)慢性肾脏疾病矿物质骨骼疾病工作组针对西那卡塞在儿童透析中的应用提出共识声明。继发性甲状腺功能亢进（SHPT）是儿童晚期肾病患者的重要并发症，本文主要针对西那卡塞在儿童透析中的应用提出共识声明，主要内容涉及开始应用西那卡塞前需要考虑的因素，西那卡塞的禁忌证，治疗安排，监测方法等。
