中国临床肿瘤学会（CSCO）《乳腺癌诊疗指南》因其兼具科学性、实用性和时效性，自2017年颁布以来极大地推进了我国乳腺癌诊疗规范化。2022年4月，为了更好地满足临床需求，指南再次进行了更新。新版指南关于乳腺癌辅助治疗更新的要点主要聚焦于新辅助治疗后的辅助治疗及辅助治疗强化策略。在分类治疗基础上进一步体现分层治疗，体现新辅助治疗对术后辅助治疗的影响，充实了新辅助治疗后的辅助治疗、辅助治疗后续强化治疗内容。该文基于2022年版CSCO《乳腺癌诊疗指南》解读乳腺癌辅助治疗更新要点。
