近年来,关于左心房及右心二维斑点追踪超声心动图技术在心力衰竭、心脏瓣膜病、心房颤动、肺动脉高压、先天性心脏病等多种急、慢性心脏疾病的功能评估、随访观察和预后判断中的应用已有大量研究报道[1-4]。目前,限制这些新技术在临床广泛开展的主要原因在于相关技术参数尚无规范化的采集及处理方法。2018年欧洲心血管影像协会和美国超声心动图学会联合发布了《二维斑点追踪超声心动图应用于左心房及右心应变成像的规范化共识》,
