简要介绍：

失眠是临床最常见的睡眠障碍类型。成人中符合其诊断标准者高达10%～15%,往往呈慢性化病程,其中约50%患者的病程可持续10年以上,严重损害了患者的身体健康,影响患者的生活质量,甚至危及公共安全,对个体和社会均造成严重危害。
