随着我国人口老龄化趋势加重，锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄的患病率逐渐升高。锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄可导致后循环和患肢缺血，是脑卒中的常见原因之一。目前针对锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄的诊治，临床上还存在分歧，相关循证医学证据资料有限。因此特撰写本共识，旨在指导和规范该类疾病的临床实践。

随着我国人口老龄化趋势加重，锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄的患病率逐渐升高。锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄可导致后循环和患肢缺血，是脑卒中的常见原因之一。目前针对锁骨下/ 颅外椎动脉狭窄的诊治，临床上还存在分歧，相关循证医学证据资料有限。因此特撰写本共识，旨在指导和规范该类疾病的临床实践。
