早发性卵巢功能不全

本共识中早发性卵巢功能不全（premature ovarian insufficiency，POI）是指女性在40岁以前出现卵巢功能减退，主要表现为月经异常（闭经、月经稀发或频发）、促性腺激素水平升高（FSH>25 U/L）、雌激素水平波动性下降。本共识中，根据是否曾经出现自发月经，将POI分为原发性POI和继发性POI。

本共识中早发性卵巢功能不全（premature ovarian insufficiency，POI）是指女性在40岁以前出现卵巢功能减退，主要表现为月经异常（闭经、月经稀发或频发）、促性腺激素水平升高（FSH>25 U/L）、雌激素水平波动性下降。本共识中，根据是否曾经出现自发月经，将POI分为原发性POI和继发性POI。
