重症肌无力（MG）是乙酰胆碱受体抗体介导的、细胞免疫依赖和补体参与的神经肌肉接头（NMJ）处传递障碍的自身免疫性疾病。MG与胸腺病变密切相关，故除内科治疗外，胸腺切除术是治疗MG的一种重要方式。本文通过查阅国内外最新文献，汇集京津冀十余位本领域专家经验，针对MG的抗体分型、术前检查、手术指征、手术方式、术后治疗及随访写成专家共识，希望能指导MG的外科治疗。
