左主干病变是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中最为复杂的病变类型之一，远期严重并发症发生风险更高。欧美相关指南相继推荐在急性及慢性冠脉综合征患者的左主干分叉病变介入术中采用冠脉内影像学指导策略，这一举措正是近年来多项临床研究成果的体现。唯有介入领域医师普遍重视并运用冠脉内影像学技术，对左主干支架植入进行术前规划、术中指导及术后优化，才能切实让患者获益。
