耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎(pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia,PJP)是一种全球分布的机会性感染疾病,影像学技术在其早期诊断及疗效监测方面发挥着重要作用。为了推动我国获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关PJP的诊断与治疗工作规范、有效、安全地开展和推广应用,专家组结合循证医学对指南及标准的方法学要求,基于当前最新研究证据,综合考虑临床实践及专科医师经验,制订了AIDS相关PJP的影像学诊断标准,以期为临床医师提供明确的诊断依据,指导AIDS相关PJP的临床合理用药和综合治疗。
