第一批获得批准的COVID-19疫苗包括辉瑞/BioNTech BNT162B2，ModernamRNA-1273和阿斯利康重组腺病毒ChAdOx1-S疫苗。在疫苗获批后不久，就有关于mRNA疫苗在注射后出现严重过敏反应的报告。欧盟、美国以及英国的卫生监管机构建议只有当对疫苗成分之一过敏或第一剂疫苗发生严重过敏反应时应禁止接种疫苗。本文同意上述建议并澄清了对于没有任何疫苗成分过敏史的过敏性患者应用这些疫苗没有禁忌。
