简要介绍：

经肠外或肠内途径为不能正常进食的患者提供适宜营养素的方法称为营养支持疗法（Nutrition support therapy），简称营养支持（Nutrition support）[1]。肠外肠内营养（Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition，PEN）是研究营养支持疗法基础理论与临床实践的学科。近年来，随着营养支持新理念的不断完善与更新，全国各地医疗机构对营养支持的规范化管理日渐重视。由医师、护师、营养师、药师及其他相关医疗工作者等跨学科专业技术人员组成营养支持团队（Nutrition Support Team，NST），以标准化流程指导营养支持的各个环节，优化营养相关综合管理成为临床营养的实践方向。
