致死性家族性失眠症临床诊断标准

致死性家族性失眠症（FFI）是一种严重的罕见朊病毒病，首次与1986年被报道，FFI早期诊断非常重要，由于该病的临床特异性，诊断测试的低敏感性以及家庭时缺失致使其诊断比较困难，本文主要基于当前研究结果及专家共识确定致死性家族性失眠症的诊断标准。
