简要介绍：

帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种常见于中老年人的中枢神经系统变性疾病，患者自确诊后平均期望寿命长达17年，故而制定长期治疗策略十分必要，而且PD早期疾病进展迅速，目前尚没有一种治疗方法或药物有充分证据证明可以延缓疾病的进展，故早期 PD 的规范化治疗更为重要。中医药为目前治疗早期 PD 应用最多的疗法之一，近期临床研究已经证实中西医结合治疗早期PD具有增效减毒和神经保护作用。上海市中医药学会神经科分会组织国内中西医帕金森病领域专家，形成中西医结合治疗早期帕金森病专家共识，以期为临床医生对早期帕金森病的临床诊疗提供参考。
