清华大学出版社申报的Infectious Medicine[《感染医学》(英文)]最终顺利入选,拟于2021年正式创刊。本刊是继去年iLiver后我社入选的又一本医学英文期刊。

Infectious Medicine is an open access journal publishing papers on any aspect of infection and infectious disease, especially research on the intersection of emerging infectious diseases and animal-borne infectious diseases. Articles from any field of infectious diseases and pathogens including viruses, bacteria and parasites will be considered if the article is relevant to the understanding or manipulation of a disease state, diagnosis, and treatment, or understanding the pathogenesis of a disease or host-pathogen interaction.

The scope of this journal includes all aspects of infectious diseases with concern for the health of populations, especially emerging infectious diseases, including but not limited to the following areas: (1) Clinical study on surveillance, diagnosis, observation and treatment of infection diseases; (2) Epidemiology, prevention and control of infectious diseases and nosocomial infections; (3) Pathogenesis, microbiology and immunology of infection; (4) Research and development of vaccines against infectious diseases; (5) Public health policies, biosecurity and epidemic prevention measures for infectious diseases.
