经验分享：投稿后2天就under review了（应该是杂志社内审），然后就peer review了（这个状态维持了3个月，应该是外审）。三个月之后返回消息，rejected了。。杂志的命中率不好说。。但是自己文章确实有些需要修改的地方，但不知道编辑为什么没给major review的机会（编辑也是做这方面的，应该能对评审意见有些把握）。
