    客观的讲,这个期刊以前还算是不错的,但是最近几年越来越差劲了,水文也越来越多了。前几天刚看了一篇:xiaoli su, et al., prediction model of permeability index for blast furnace based on the improved multi-layer extreme learning machine and wavelet transform, 2018.该论文通篇都在瞎写,实验部分的很多结果都存在明显的造假,作者根本就没用弄明白深度学习是怎么一回事,居然也能发表,可见该期刊现在有多水。
