要点：
1.Pharmacological Research期刊的审稿效率很高，投稿后Editor如果觉得文章质量不高会在当天拒稿，如果投稿当天或者第二天没有decision inprocess，那文章基本上进入Review invitations sent环节，但投稿状态仍然显示With Editor，只有等inviting reviewers同意审稿，投稿状态才会变成Under Review。
