研究将小鼠成骨细胞(MC3T3-E1)分别培养于纳米珍珠粉/I型胶原复合物支架(NN-ICS)和I型胶原支架(ICS)上。结果显示,所产生的纳米珍珠粉展示出持续36天的控制释放蛋白和钙离子。与ICS对照相比,NN-ICS明显有助于前成骨细胞的增殖和分化。结果表明,纳米珍珠粉颗粒可以作为骨替代材料的另一种选择,它具有改善骨量和/或质缺陷病例治疗效果的潜力。
